Thirty days from delivery. Free returns and exchanges. The prepaid label is already in the box, so you can send it back the same afternoon if it is not right.

Find the label
Inside your parcel you will find a prepaid returns label and a short form. No printing, no queue at the counter.

Pack it up
Reuse the original mailer. The item must be unworn, with tags attached and any hygiene seal intact.

Drop it off
Hand the parcel to any carrier point. Keep the receipt — it is your proof of return until the refund lands.

Refund timing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five working days of your return arriving at the warehouse. You will receive an email the moment it is processed. Exchanges are dispatched the same day we scan the return.
