Standard delivery is 3–5 working days within the US and UK, 4–7 working days within the EU, and 6–10 working days for the rest of the world. Express delivery is 1–2 working days in the US and UK. Every order is dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours on business days, and you will receive a tracking link the moment it leaves us.
Yes — shipping is complimentary on all orders over $79. Below that, standard shipping is $6.90 and express is $14.90. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout so there is nothing to pay on arrival.
You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn item with its tags attached, for a full refund or exchange. Returns are free within the US, UK and EU using the prepaid label in your parcel. Refunds are processed within five working days of the return arriving at our warehouse.
Every product page lists the model's height and the size she is wearing, and our size guide includes full body measurements plus garment measurements for each category. If you are between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up in structured fabrics and taking your usual size in knitwear, which has more give.
We photograph every piece in natural light and colour-check against the production sample. Screens vary, so if a colour is critical — say, for a wedding — order two colourways and return the one that does not work. Returns are free.
Orders can be amended within one hour of being placed, before they enter the dispatch queue. Contact client care with your order number and we will do what we can. After dispatch, you can refuse delivery or return the parcel free of charge.
We ship to over 60 countries. Shipping costs, duties and taxes are shown in your currency at checkout, and we offer a landed-cost guarantee — the price you pay at checkout is the final price.
Each product page carries specific care instructions. As a rule: wash cold, dry flat, and iron on the reverse. Knitwear should be folded rather than hung, and structured outerwear is best brushed and aired rather than washed.
All payments are processed over an encrypted connection by our payment partners. We never store card details on our servers. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay.
Yes — guest checkout is available. You will still receive order confirmation and tracking by email, and you can look up any order from the track-order page using your order number.
Every order arrives in recycled tissue and a paper mailer. At checkout you can add a gift note, which we print on a small card and include in the parcel, free of charge.
